Directions:
Place the hot pack into the microwave. Set the microwave to high for 1 minute. Remove the hot pack from the microwave and place it into the protective Velcro fabric red pouch. Place the hot pack on or around the injured area and fasten the Velcro straps.
Tip:
Generally, the hot pack will be hot enough within 1 min in the microwave. Depending on the difference of microwaves. If the hot pack is not hot enough after 1 min. Continue heating with 15-30 seconds at a time. Until the hot pack has reached the desire hotness. Be careful not to over heat or the hot pack will burst.
Another Tip: Is to place the hot pack in to the cover before microwaving. This makes it easier to insert the hot pack in to the cover without burning yourself.
