Directions: To activate, SQUEEZE pack until inner pouch burst. SHAKE pack well to mix contents after activation. APPLY Cold Pack to desired area. Leave cold pack no more than 30 minute. Remove and dispose of cold pack. DO NOT REUSE COLD PACK. If need, wait 1 hour before uses of another cold pack

This is perhaps the best ice pack to ever grace the planet. It's soft and flexible so that it molds to your shape, and just heavy enough that it stays in place easily. Definitely not just for backs -- I've used it pretty much everywhere, since the size and flexibility of the material make it so easy to use.
