Thera-Med Deluxe Hot and Cold Packs
The Thera-Med Deluxe Hot & Cold Pack is great for use on the upper and lower parts of the body. Can be used headaches, back and knees. The pack provides up to 30 minutes of cold therapy healing and up to 1 hour of heat. Ideal for back pain, muscle spasms and sports injuries, and helps to decrease inflammation, swelling and pain. Velcro closures and handy holding bag help effortlessly keep the hot cold pack in place during use.

Directions: Follow instructions listed below on either using the pack for HOT or COLD.
To use as a hot pack:
If Gel Pack has been in freezer, remove and let it thaw to room temperature before proceeding.
Place the hot pack into the microwave. Set the microwave to high for 1 minute. Remove the hot pack from the microwave and place it into the protective Velcro fabric red pouch. Place the hot pack on or around the injured area and fasten the Velcro straps.
To use as a cold pack:
Place Gel Pack in your freezer for at lease 1 hour. Remove Gel Pack from your freezer and place inside the support wrap, then apply to the injured area. After use, place Gel Pack in your freezer for future use.
