Thera-Med Back Pad
The Back Pad is much larger than conventional ice packs, amply sized to provide quick relief of minor back pain. May also be draped over shoulders or thighs or rolled and placed behind the neck or used as a wheelchair pad to reduce pain and discomfort. A significant improvement over ice bags or gels packs in sleeves, the Thera-Med Back Pad Reusable Cold Pack uses advanced proprietary materials and patented gels to stay flexible even at freezing temperatures.

Directions: Store in the refrigerator or freezer (depending on your tolerance for cold) until first sign of discomfort. Position the affected area on top of the back pad after laying the unit on a bed or flat surface. Place cloth between COLD PAK and skin if too cold. Relax for the full benefit of this safe and natural pain relief.
After storing in the freezer, place the Blue Soft Side on the injured area for 5 to 10 minutes. Next, flip the pad over, placing the White Side on the body for 20 minutes for penetrating cold therapy. Repeat every two hours until the pain or swelling is relieved. Dimensions: 12" x 12" with rounded corners. Blue on one side, White on reverse.

This is perhaps the best ice pack to ever grace the planet. It's soft and flexible so that it molds to your shape, and just heavy enough that it stays in place easily.
