Our Shipping Policy
U.S. Priority Mail Service is our standard shipping method for anywhere in the USA.
Free Shipping:
All online orders that total a purchase of $100.00 or more through our online store comes with free shipping. There is no charge for any shipping if your order matches the minimum amount of $100.00 or more (not including sales tax - if applicable). This includes even if a discount code is used.
NOTE: Orders less than $100.00 will not be qualified for our free shipping option. In this case, regular shipping cost ( flat rates ) will apply. And, a small handling fee of $2.99 will be included to the actual shipping cost. Example: shipping cost is $9.37 and handling cost is $2.99. Will show $12.36 as your total shipping and handling charge for that order.
Online Orders:
All online orders received are usually recieved, processes and shipped out within 2-3 business days. Usually within the same day received.
(except on weekends and holidays)
Shipping charges, consist of the actual cost for the carrier and a small handing fee. Although, if the order qualifies for free shipping. The small handing fee may not apply to each order received. (in most cases the handling fee will not apply for qualifing orders that receive free shipping.)
International Shipping (Outside the US)
Currently, M&J Lindsay only delivers within the United States.
Delivery Time: - After your order has been received and processed.
You should recieve your order - usually within 3 - 5 business days.
There will be a delay if we are back logged on orders or out of stock on the items. You will be notified by e-mail if this occurs.
Non-Delivery:
In the case of non-delivery, We will initiate tracking for the package. Once we determine that the item is indeed "lost", destroyed, or otherwise non-deliverable ( if not due to an error by you or refusal on your side ) We will send a replacement shipment to you consisting of the same item(s) that
you ordered and paid for.
If the package is non-deliverable due to shipping information incorrect or for any reason the order is returned back to us with out prior authorization. You will be notified by email on the options to have the order reshipped.
Damages or Shortages:
In the case of a substantially damaged item(s), it is NECESSARY that you keep all original packaging (including the package in which it was shipped, with labels / postage, etc...) Contact our Customer Service
Please Note: After notification to us. We will authorize a return. You then may return the damaged item(s) IF POSSIBLE WITH ORIGINAL PACKAGING
to us for a replacement.
