Our Return Policy
M&J Lindsay Co. guarantees against manufacturer's defects for 15 days from date of delivery. Products with manufacturer's warranties which exceed our 15 days may be returned directly to the manufacturer according to their instructions.
Return Policy / Terms:
You have 15 days from the date you placed your order in which to request a return. You must notify our Customer Service and get a Return Authorization Number on all returns for products, exchanges, replacements, damages and refunds. All goods being returned must be returned in their original packaging and they must be unused (with approved exceptions of damages). A copy of the confirmation email receipt or invoice mailed to you when you placed your order. No return will be accepted without a Return Authorization Number attached to the returned item, It is your responsibility for the cost to ship back the merchandise for your exchange, (replacements - if actable) or refund.
If any reason our return policy terms are not met and you proceed with returning any items without a proper Return Authorization Number and your return is declined due to the failure to include the proper documentation or time frame of 15 day from the date you purchased your order.
You hereby as the customer, agree to pay for the order in full and waive all rights of chargeback.
3 Easy steps to insure your return is accepted
- REQUEST A RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER (must be written on mailed package and email copy of reciept)
- SEND A COPY OF YOUR CONFIRMATION RECEIPT (with return authorization number written on it)
- THE ITEM(S) BEING RETURN IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING (un-opened and un-used)

Exchanging a Broken or Incorrect Item
First of all, we're sorry that you have received an item with which you are not happy. Occasionally, an item might not work or may get damaged in transit. If this occurs, we will solve your problem as quickly as possible.
It is sometimes useful to check the manufacturer's website or call their helplines. The most common problems are usually solved without having to return the product.
In the event that the product you received is faulty, please contact our Customer Service and we'll work with you to quickly resolve the situation. When calling: Please have available information from your order reciept (confirmation email). This information helps us resolve your problem more quickly.
Substituted Products
On rare occasions, we will not be able to ship the specific item you ordered originally. If this happens, M&J Lindsay will contact you and explain the circumstance. This will result in us sending a product of at least equal value or refunding your order. Often, this will mean an upgrade to the newer version of the item. We will always do our best to work with you to quickly resolve the situation.
