Almond-Fudge Freeze
A healthy take on the traditional milkshake, made with vanilla ice cream, hot fudge, and a whipped topping.

Ingredients
4 oz - ice cubes (equal to 1/2 cup)
2 cup - light vanilla ice cream, no sugar added (or frozen yogurt)
1/4 cup - Smucker's Sugar Free Hot Fudge Topping
1/8 tsp - almond extract
1 tbsp - Topping, whipped, lite , sugar free (optional)
1 pinch - Cocoa Powder, unsweetened (optional)

Directions
1. Combine all ingredients in a blender container in the order listed. Process on and off, stirring in between, to blend ingredients.
2. Pour into glasses. Garnish with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of cocoa powder.

Additional Information
To warm hot fudge topping, remove lid and warm jar in microwave for approximately 30 seconds. Stir. Do not overheat.

2/3 cup - apricot nectar juice drink, canned
1 1/3 cup - sparkling water

1 - mint sprigs (as garnish)
