Bed Buddy Sinus Mask
The BED BUDDY Sinus Pack can be used as either a hot or cold pack and contains 100% organic materials that are safe for the environment, people and pets. This reusable pack is ready for use in minutes and stays heated or cold for up to one hour. This pack helps relieve headaches, soothes tired and puffy eyes and invigorates the face.
Simple to use, the Bed Buddy Sinus Pack can be used in a variety of ways. For use as a heat pack, place the Bed Buddy
into a microwave and heat for 45 seconds; if additional heat is necessary, heat for 20 second intervals until desired warmth is obtained. For use as a cold pack, place the Bed Buddy in a clean, sealed bag and into the freezer overnight; the pack can be kept in the freezer until needed.

Directions:
Bed Buddy® is designed to heat quickly in your microwave. DO NOT use convection function on your microwave. For your safety, DO NOT overheat and note that microwave heating times will vary.
To Use as a Hot Pack:
• Microwave Bed Buddy® on a clean, empty microwave safe dish for 1 minute and 15 seconds.
• DO NOT leave Bed Buddy® unattended while heating.
• ALWAYS touch-test by shifting contents to check for hot spots before use.
• If higher heat is required, continue microwaving in 15 second intervals - repeat above.
• DO NOT exceed 2 minutes total heating time.
If additional warmth is desired, continue microwaving in 20 second intervals - not to exceed 2-1/2 minutes total heating time per use.
To Use as a Cold Pack:
Bed Buddy® can also be chilled in the freezer.
• To use cold, place in plastic bag and place in freezer overnight.
Place in a clean, sealed bag and into the freezer overnight; the pack can be kept in the freezer until needed.

It is suggested to NEVER place a heated Bed Buddy® over the eyes. Product contains herbs that may trigger an allergic reaction. Although, people have had no problems with direct contact of the heated Bed Buddy placed over the eyes. If you have allergic problems, please use caution.

I have had a Bed Buddy for about ten years and after so much use found myself in need of replacing it....I can't live without it. It works! That is all I can say....hot or cold it is great. I actually purchased The Original Bed Buddy in my local B3 store after seeing this product online and reading the 5 star reviews from long time users. The one I purchased is a little different than the one pictured online. The one I got is actually sewn down the middle length wise rather than a solid single bag. I think this is actually a better feature because it stays firm and keeps the beads in place better so it retains the pressure on the sore muscle rather than flatten out like those other solid styles. I have used it for 2 nights now and it has been so great relieving the stiffness in my lower back. This morning I popped it in the microwave and let it rest around my shoulders while making breakfast! I love that it's long enough to pull on the handles when I want to put some added pressure or lay on it and have it run the length of my spine and not just half of my back like the smaller bags. And it doesn't smell like the herbal style bags, unless you like that sort of thing. I don't mind it so much but my husbands doesn't like the smell of them. So far so good!
